On arrival at reception you will be greeted with a happy smile and a friendly face.

Our receptionists are often the first people you will have contact with and they are fully trained and able to answer most of your questions.

They provide a polite and prompt phone answering service and are responsible for much of the day to day organisation of the practice.

The reception area is spacious and well lit with comfortable upholstered seating. There are video presentations and a notice board providing information on various topics, and free walk-on scales for your use. There is a small childrens play corner with activites for the under 5’s.

The pet care sales area displays numerous products from collars and toys to the full range of Hill's Science Plan diets.
